How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping to the US takes 7–14 business days. International orders may take 14–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all US orders over $99. For orders under $99, standard US shipping is $4.95. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of placing your order, email us at hello@lunarastones.com with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@lunarastones.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.
Products
What size are the bracelets?
All Bloom series bracelets feature 13–15mm mixed-cut beads with crystal spacers and fit wrists of approximately 15–16cm. If you need a different size, email us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Are the crystals real?
Absolutely. Every crystal in our collection is natural and genuine. We work directly with trusted suppliers and inspect each stone individually before it enters our collection.
How should I care for my crystal bracelet?
Avoid wearing your bracelet in the shower, while swimming, or during intense exercise. Store it separately from other jewelry to prevent scratching. To cleanse your crystals energetically, you can place them under moonlight overnight or use sage smoke.
What does “moon-cleansed” mean?
Before shipping, every piece is placed under the full moon overnight. This is a traditional practice believed to reset and purify crystal energy, so your bracelet arrives fully cleansed and ready to wear.
Crystal Element Quiz
What is the Crystal Element Quiz?
Our free quiz analyzes your birth date using real Chinese five-element (五行) formulas to identify your dominant and lacking elements. Based on your elemental profile and current intentions, it recommends three crystals and the Lunara bracelet best suited to your energy.
Is the quiz really free?
Yes, completely free. You’ll receive your full five-element reading and crystal recommendations both on screen and via email.
Do you use AI to process my birth data?
No. The entire calculation happens locally on your device using traditional Chinese calendar formulas. Your birth data is never sent to any AI service or third-party API. We only send your results to your email address.
How accurate is the quiz?
The quiz uses the same heavenly stem and earthly branch formulas that have been used in Chinese metaphysics for centuries. While a full BaZi reading considers four pillars (year, month, day, and hour), our quiz uses year, hour, and seasonal data to provide a meaningful elemental profile.
Can I take the quiz more than once?
Yes, you can retake it anytime. Your results are determined by your birth data, so they’ll be consistent — but you may choose different intentions each time, which can change your product recommendation.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. Email us at hello@lunarastones.com to start a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. More payment options are coming soon.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure platform. We never see or store your credit card or PayPal account details.
Do you offer discount codes?
New customers receive a 10% off code (LUNARA10) through our Crystal Element Quiz. We also offer occasional promotions through our email list.
