We want you to feel confident ordering from LUNARA STONES. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Europe, and other international destinations.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging.
To begin a return, email hello@lunarastones.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending your item.
European and UK Customers
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, your statutory cancellation and consumer rights are not limited by this policy. You may notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery. Our voluntary 30-day return period gives you additional time.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable service. LUNARA STONES is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing normally takes 5–10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
For eligible EU and UK cancellations, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery method where required by law. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lunarastones.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. This does not limit any statutory rights that may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, used, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a voluntary return. Any legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
